Modifications TRA in EHD:
Pay attention well to in the neighborhood of TMA Maastricht!
The Maastricht TMA 1 and 2 has now classification D. in this separeert the air traffic control only IFR movement of other IFR movement. Also airtraffic information on VFR is giving. VFR traffic receive air-traffic information about other flights. In the Netherlands minimum VFR visibility value of 8 km in class D airspace. The distance to the clouds is minimum 1500 m. horizontally and 300 meters vertical. Both IFR and VFR traffic must two-sided radio contact have with the air traffic service. Before the TMA can be flown in must there a clearance have been requested . In short, radio contact and ATC-clearsance have been required. Airspace Infrigements. In publication of the AIP, the issue of NOTAM, AIC with the measures and several other Article , it goes still regularly wrong. In the past we called that Unauthorized Crossings but because it is a European phenomenon that in civil and military airspace occurs, are called they present Airspace Infrigements, in good Dutch air space violations. It still too frequently occurs that pilots during their VFR flight, the Maastricht TMA 1 and 2 within flies without radio contact has been made and without a clearance has been given.

By 5 November 2008 are in Germany the GAFOR Areas modified:
The GAFOR (general aviation FORecast), is for more than three decades for many VFR Pilots a proven component of a meteorological flight preparation. Now it will give some changes to the GAFOR, which concerns not only the areas but also means an additional information gain. If there was so far 64 GAFOR areas, there will be in the future 68 forecast areas. For each area there is a description of flight-climatological conditions, thus a description over special conditions for view, clouds, wind, turbulence and significant weather.

Red new GAFOR Areas
Blue Old GAFOR Areas
